Marissa oversees the health and financial wellness programs at Fifth Third Bank for more than 20,000 employees across the U.S. In her role, Marissa is responsible for managing the vendors that support the Bank’s wellness programs and identifying strategies to create and promote a culture of wellness. She also coordinates on-site wellness events across the footprint. To support the programs, she recruits, trains, and leads a team of over 200 Wellness Champions who volunteer to support employees and increase awareness of and participation in the holistic benefit offerings at Fifth Third that encourage a healthy lifestyle.Marissa is passionate about creating a culture that meets the physical, financial, social and emotional needs of employees no matter where they are in their wellness journey. Marissa works with partners across the Bank to support enterprise-wide initiatives, including employee campaigns supporting community organizations like United Way and Feeding America.
