Getting employees engaged in their benefits and in improving their lifestyle. Support plan members to efficiently use health care services and access quality care.
Can you share a story on an area of your healthcare program or employee benefits where you were able to create significant savings or stop costs from rising?
Within three weeks of starting my current job last summer, I offered changes that reduced medical plan cost by 6%, dental by 22%, and vision by 13% without increasing in-network copays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket maximums. In addition, the company introduced an employer-paid HSA contribution while keeping benefits budget-neutral. It was about looking at what was driving plan costs and understanding where our teammates used benefits the most.

Medical, pharmacy, and worker's compensation.

Chronic kidney disease clinical program with Mayo Clinic.

We're exploring solutions to manage metabolic syndrome and are implementing a financial wellness program.
