At Willis Towers Watson, Thi is responsible for overseeing the Health Analytics Practice with a team of practitioners comprised of actuaries, RN’s, data scientists and health care economists. Her team leads data integration with other areas such as health management, pharmacy, absence and disability and total rewards. She leads some of our most complex clients in developing multi-year measurement strategies and bringing forward data to support decisions. Thi has also pioneered analytic innovation for her clients in the area of establishing new ways to link data from traditional claims data sets to non-traditional engagement and employee experience data.

Care. Focused on data to identify where care is broken and identifying solutions to resolve the issues whether they be about access, affordability, navigation, quality, experience, or inequity.

WTW's wellbeing approach is all encompassing from mind, body, social, financial, and organizational. Climate change is also an area of focus.

If there were two physical solutions that could be turned into virtual or remote care instead, what would those be?

Chronic condition management (remote monitoring, at home lab work) and mental health support.
