Terry Reams

Hub International

Terry leads the West Region Employee Benefits Practice for HUB International Insurance Services. He has over thirty years of senior leadership and client consulting experience(s) within the insurance industry with a primary focus on the continuously evolving Employee Benefits marketplace. During his tenure, he has held a variety of senior management roles with various insurance carriers, financial institutions, third party administrators and regional insurance agencies.

Terry's expertise ranges from traditional, self-insured, consumer-driven, and exchange-related health insurance solutions along with ancillary, voluntary, health & performance and other EB associated risk management programs.  He has extensive knowledge of the complex healthcare environment and assists our local EB teams with consulting and risk advisory services primarily directed to the largest clients within the region.  He also provides leadership and ongoing management for our national Financial Consulting, Stop Loss and Pharmacy practices.

Terry has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University. His professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Health Underwriters along with work on various industry and insurance carrier regional and national advisory boards. He holds the Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) designation through NAHU.
