Health economist Tanya Little is skilled at unlocking organizational potential and harnessing talent and technology for growth. In her role as Vitality’s Chief Growth Officer, Little is responsible for developing new lines of business, and for driving product commercialization and execution of go-to-market strategy. Additionally, she serves as an external face of the organization, speaking regularly at key market conferences and connecting with leading influencers. Previously a consultant for McKinsey & Company, Little held strategic leadership roles at Investec, an international specialist bank and asset manager, and prior to joining Vitality was Group Operations Executive at global healthcare organization Life Healthcare, where she initiated a turnaround process for a healthcare solutions business and launched a primary care business from the ground up. Little is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and has a Master of Science from the London School of Economics. Little is a wife and mother of two exuberant girls. Outside of work she spends her time outdoors, engaged in all manner of sports, and is an avid foodie.

We’ve achieved 19% lower claims for engaged Vitality members, an 8% reduction in at-risk members, a 30% reduction in hospital admissions for engaged members, and a 40-55% reduction in disease burden (heart disease, lung disease, diabetes) through participation in the Vitality program over a 3-year timeframe.
We’re designing inclusive programs that promote a come-as-you-are, non-judgmental safe space for a psychologically healthy workplace.
