Shaw-chin Chiu leads Digital Health Innovation globally as a Partner in Watson Health Consulting. In her role, she is responsible for identifying potential areas of investment to enhance digital health solutions; designing cross-brand integrated solutions for large scale digital health transformative consulting across Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, Employer, Life Sciences and Government Health and Human Services clients; leading the delivery of these solutions with the IBM Garage Methodology. She brings extensive experience in global business and digital transformation, innovation and M&A, encompassing a wide-variety of technologies, including blockchain, AI and analytics, process and org / change management. She has served clients across consumer, retail, healthcare, life sciences and government industries spanning North America, Europe, APAC and Latin America. She received her MBA in Finance, Marketing Strategy and Health Sector Management from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business and her BA from the University of CA, Berkeley.
