What is the biggest thing you learned in 2020?
Employee needs are diverse and not a one-size-fits-all. Employers will do well to listen to employees and not assume they know what they need. But also, not all concerns are voiced by employees, so still important to listen to the trends.
What do you feel are the two most important benefits or areas that need to be a top priority in 2021?
Financial well-being, help with decisions (health plans, employee stock, preparing for an IPO, etc.). Mental well-being for the employee and their family.

From what I know from clients: out-of-network mental health costs.
What is the most innovative program you will focus on in 2021 and/or 2022?
Top of mind for clients is financial wellbeing, decisions around returning to the office, and continue mental health and family support.
