Mr.Shanchao Gu has accumulated a wealth of over twenty-year experience on capitalization, group company management and industrial investment and management of integrative healthcare area. He graduated from Tsinghua University where he received a Master of Science in Real Estate. Mr. Gu has been assigned as the Executive Director and President of Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health Industry Group Limited since September, 2014.

Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health Industry Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BEMH”) is listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (02389.HK). Our parent company is Beijing Enterprises Group (hereinafter referred to as "BG") which was established in January 2005 and has more than 400 major holding companies or joint stock companies. BG as the flagship state-owned company contributed to the economic development and urban construction in Beijing, is invested and operated by People's Government of Beijing Municipality, directly under the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People’s Government of Beijing Municipality. At present, the market value of the listed company in Beijing Group System, is over than 300 billion RMB.
