Scott Rabin is the National Practice Leader for both Mercer’s Data, Technology, and Analytics practice and Performance Audit Group within the Health and Benefits team. In his DTA role, he is responsible for the development, design, and delivery of data analytics services to Mercer clients. In addition, he is an active participant across all Mercer lines of business to bring a holistic analytics, predictive modeling, and data-based consulting solution to market.
