Vice President of Sales – Worksite/Group Sal Campanile joined in 5Star Life in 2015 with 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, product development, and implementation for industry leading insurance carriers and a respected national benefit communication and enrollment firm. Previous experience includes five years as Mid-Atlantic Region sales executive for Humana, Inc., where he led the development of the Mid-Atlantic Region and increased sales in both small and large group spaces, while raising brand awareness within the broker and client community. He also spent 10 years at Employee Security Plans, Inc.as chief operating officer/vice president, marketing and technology, and 10 years with ReliaStar/ING. Sal brings a strong track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating broker and strategic partners while motivating successful sales teams.
