Rosanna Ouellette-Pesicka is Chief People Officer at Antea Group, an international engineering and environmental consulting firm. Rosanna joined Antea Group over 25 years ago and has enjoyed progressing through the career track to her current role that focuses on talent management, leadership and strategy development. Her passion lies in their “Work Well, Live Well” wellness program that focuses their tools, benefits, and resources on Mind, Body, and Life. She is very proud of Antea Group being recognized as one of the Healthiest Workplaces in America in 2015 and their Minnesota corporate headquarters being recognized as a top workplace three years in a row. Rosanna holds a BA in Human Resources and Management, Corporate Fitness and Corporate Wellness Certifications, and a Human Capital Strategist designation.
