Ron Zwanziger is CEO, Chairman, and Director of LumiraDx, a company he co-founded in 2014 which develops, manufactures, and commercializes an innovative point-of-care diagnostic Platform. The LumiraDx Platform delivers lab comparable diagnostic results at the point of care in minutes and is designed to be affordable and accessible to strengthen community-based healthcare.
A strategic visionary and entrepreneur, Ron previously built and has been Chairman and CEO of several leading diagnostic companies including Alere, Inverness Medical Technology (right up to its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson in 2001) and MediSense - the first company to launch an electrochemical glucose sector. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies
