Melissa Trivette is a Group Benefits Consultant with Lowe’s Companies, Inc. with over 18 years of experience in insurance, benefits, and financial services. She has been actively engaged in the evolution of the insurance and healthcare industry over the last decade with a special focus on Health Care Reform. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Melissa worked for Northwestern Mutual, MetLife, and Bank of America with extensive skills in operations, strategic initiatives, compliance, and consultation to small businesses and individuals.

Melissa is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the former President of the Carolinas Chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Eric, and two sons, Jacob and Tyler.
