Lisa is an Assistant Vice President on Aon’s Health Transformation Team and is based in Irvine, CA. Lisa blends her wellbeing and research expertise to deliver evidenced-based population health improvement consulting to clients.

Lisa has a research-based background and earned her Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. She has conducted multi-site international research studies in the fields of eating disorders and nicotine dependence and is a published author in the
.

Lisa made the turn into health promotion over 13 years ago and has deep experience leading organizational health transformation efforts for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Allergan.

In her work at Aon, Lisa has worked with numerous clients across various industries to advance their health improvement programs and has particular expertise in strategy and tactical design, and program implementation.

Lisa has extensive experience in health promotion, leadership, fitness, training, program design and project management. She is a certified Corporate Athlete trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.

Lisa lives in Irvine California and is a spinning enthusiast who enjoys teaching fitness classes, hiking in Laguna Canyon, west coast swing dancing, and cooking.
