Kathleen has an extensive health, wellbeing and benefits background. PSEG is a publicly traded diversified energy company headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. PSE&G is New Jersey’s largest provider of electric and gas services and one of ten largest electric companies in the U.S. PSE&G serves 2.2 million electric customers and 1.8 million gas customers – nearly 3 out of every 4 people in the state of NJ. PSEG also owns and operates a diverse fleet of power plants and has solar energy facilities throughout the United States. PSEG Long Island operates electric transmission and distribution system for the Long Island Power Authority with 1.1 million customers. PSEG has approximately 13,000 employees, which is 65% unionized, who carry forward a proud tradition of dedicated service for more than 100 years
Kathleen’s latest focus has been on finding and implementing creative health and wellbeing strategies. Strategies include not only finding ways to control health-related costs but also seeks to improve workforce health and productivity in a new, different, fun and engaging ways. In addition, Kathleen’s background includes benefit program design and implementation, communications, finance and budgeting, VOI analysis and scorecard metrics, legal compliance, health and welfare pricing, cost containment, and labor negotiations.
Kathleen earned her MBA from Rutgers University and holds a certification in international management from Cambridge University, Cambridge, England.
