Jessica Howard joined ScanSource in 2011 as Wellness Program Manager, where she managed the Company’s worldwide Wellness Program in an effort to grow and enhance health awareness among employees. In the last three years, Ms. Howard has expanded her role to oversee the administration of employee health and welfare plans in all company operations as well as continuing to strategically oversee the Wellness Program. With this role, Ms. Howard is able to provide special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee benefit plans while also keeping in the forefront ongoing efforts around the growth of the Wellness Program. Prior to joining ScanSource, Ms. Howard worked as a health educator and wellness coach. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a Masters of Public Health from the University of South Carolina, where her emphasis was on public health and corporate wellness. In her free time, Ms. Howard enjoys spending time with her family, watching her two young children grow and develop (5year old boy and 2 year old girl), and traveling when time permits.
