Jennifer a seasoned professional who offers her clients over 25 years’ knowledge and expertise in the Pharmacy Benefit Industry. Jennifer manages a seasoned team of professionals for her company, ARMSRx. The clients served include Health Plans, Third Party Administrators, Federally Qualified Plans (340B pricing structures), Hospitals, Associations, and Brokers of self-funded employer groups. Her strengths include: contract negotiation, assessment and execution. “Creative positioning is key to optimum performance” she sites. Jennifer and her team keep on top of cutting edge industry changes and solutions to ensure her clients are up to date and in tune with how to implement worthy options for cost savings and pharmacy management. Jennifer is an expert in building payors an in-house PBM model with unbundled services such as Rx claim adjudication, MTM, call centers, pharmacy networks, rebate aggregators, e-prescribing, Pharmacogenetics testing, analytics, mail services and Specialty pharmacy or simply exploring the marketplace with existing PBMs for an appropriate match for those who need to outsource part of, or the entire pharmacy piece. Jennifer has proven to provide saving opportunities that demonstrate a substantial distinction from what was in place previously. By utilizing her knowledge in contract negotiation, and more importantly, success with executing the recommendation, results will follow.

Jennifer’s client base is not limited to payors alone, PBMs and Specialty pharmacies have utilized her expertise in contributing to their success in growth by assisting with advice and guidance on how the marketplace perceives certain aspects of services offered and promotes successful marketing strategies.

Jennifer has been interviewed and has authored multiple articles and has presented at many industry conferences, forums and continuing education events for the past two decades, including but not limited to: AHIP, SIIA, Employee Benefit Expo, Employers Healthcare congress, Zelis Client Forums, PHX Client Forums, HCAA, multiple insurance and self-funded conferences, CEBS, Pharmacy Contracting Forum and HR shows.
