Ms. Berry joined MPC in 2007. In her role as the benefits manager, she is responsible for plan development, communications, and management of health, welfare and wellness plans, as well as overseeing the onsite medical clinics and retirement plans. Ms. Berry was previously employed at Fiserv Inc. as a benefits administrator where she was responsible for self-funded and fully insured medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Ms. Berry is a graduate of Ottawa University with a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees. She is affiliated with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and Society of Human Resources (SHRM) local chapters in Madison WI, and Walworth County WI.

Ms. Berry is also serves on the Board of Directors for The Alliance in Madison, WI.
