Eric is the Director of Onsite Operations for OhioHealth Employer Services, and currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve as an instructor for the Army Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC). Eric graduated from Ohio University and subsequently enlisted in the Army after 9/11, and has served in the Army for 16 years between active duty and reserve. After leaving active duty, Eric worked as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Navigator Management Partners, providing advisory services for the federal government and multiple Fortune 500 companies in various areas. Currently, Eric leads an operational team providing onsite clinical services for employers and OhioHealth Associates. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Eric provided operations support to the Incident Command Center and was involved in leading the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine to OhioHealth Associates and patients.
