Dom Salvato is the National Practice Leader for Transamerica’s Employee Benefits Institutional Markets Division and is based in Philadelphia, PA. Leading his sales team, he is responsible for all large case sales in addition to national health consulting firm business development. Dom’s focus is on developing voluntary product placement strategies that align with client benefits packages to complement employer funded major medical and ancillary plans.

Prior to assuming this leadership role, Dom joined Transamerica in 2012 and helped establish a presence in the national account consulting firm space by growing premium production from under $1M to over $50M. He’s won production awards and lead Employee Benefits sales in 2014 and 2015. Before joining Transamerica, Dom was a Regional Sales Manager with Allstate Benefits where in 2011, he led the country in initial premium production.

Dom lives in Lafayette Hill, PA with his wife Jaimee and 2 children, Francesca and Dean.
