Speaker Questionnaire
What is the biggest thing you learned in 2020?

What do you feel are the two most important benefits or areas that need to be a top priority in 2021?

Can you share a story on an area of your healthcare program or employee benefits where you were able to create significant savings or stop costs from rising?

If you could automatically receive a 10-20% reduction in costs in three areas/programs, what would your dream list be?

What is the most innovative program you will focus on in 2021 and/or 2022?

How are you re-imagining corporate culture & well-being?

What virtual care solutions did you roll out during the pandemic? How valuable were they and why?

If you look at our 3 Moonshots - Costs, Culture, and Care; In one sentence, tell us what would be something positive for us to take from 2020 and bring into this new year?

What are your top priorities for employee health and well-being in 2022?

Innovation and growth of our Health Management Program to benefit the health and safety of our employees and their families.

What are the most innovative programs that you will focus on in 2022 and 2023?

Health Benefits, Absence Management, Clinical Services, and Well-being.

Looking at our three moonshots surrounding costs, culture, and care, which do you align with the most? What are you doing in this area?

We have strategically elevated primary and occupational care by merging Well-being, Health Compliance, and Absence Management into one focus: Health Management. Excellence in care reduces waste and costs. Caring for our employees and their families in this manner is an extension of our strong safety culture..

If you could automatically receive a 25% reduction in costs in three areas/programs, what would your dream list be?

Pharma. Drug costs to employers are out of control. The lack of transparency and difficult contracts are holding employers hostage to a system that does not work. Offering worksite clinics is a solution to this ever growing problem..

Is there an area where you were able to either create savings or stop costs from rising?

Our employer sponsored health clinics, including pharmacy services, have proven to increase access to quality care, increase disease management compliance, and to promote primary care. Employees can receive both primary and occupational care (DOT, CDL, and D&A screenings) with cost containment..

Are you doing anything to reimagine corporate culture and wellbeing?

We reviewed our entire well-being program during the pandemic to insure it was inclusive to those working onsite and remote. We are now in a place to asses how our programs can add the highest value to our employees and their families..

If there were two physical solutions that could be turned into virtual or remote care instead, what would those be?

We have turned our colon cancer screenings into a virtual appointment with a medical provider. We have also continued with our annual biometric screenings. These have proven to be life saving and impactful to our participants health future. We offer these screenings through home test kits, physician forms, or wellness physical at our employer sponsored clinic.
