Ms. Fogliano is the Senior Vice President for WellVia, her collective expertise expands over 30 years in the healthcare industry. As one of the top foremost experts in Telehealth, she was one of the first individuals responsible for the introduction of ‘Connected Health’ into the national healthcare marketplace. Cathy dedicated herself to the telemedicine industry since 2004, where she was the first sales and marketing executive for our industry’s only publicly traded company, Teladoc. Several years later and with a passion for serving others in need, Ms. Fogliano left Teladoc to bring Telehealth to the people of Africa.
