HEAD OF CULTURE
Cat Lee joined Pinterest in 2012 as one of the company’s first 50 employees. She currently oversees the continuing evolution of Pinterest’s company culture, calling strategies and programs to develop a culture that gets at the heart of what inspires Pinners and employees. Together with her team, Cat fosters a culture that is built to last, continues to evolve, and is unique to Pinterest. When the culture is in alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and strategies, success follows.
Prior to her role as Head of Culture, Cat led Global Partner Marketing for Pinterest, during which the company tripled its revenue. She also served as Pinterest’s Head of Growth and helped build the cross-functional growth product, design, and engineering teams as Pinterest scaled from 25 million to more than 100 million monthly active users worldwide.
Before joining Pinterest in 2012, Cat worked on the Facebook Platform team focusing on developer tools and experiences. She holds an MBA from the University Michigan and a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University. Outside of work, Cat’s passions are karaoke, wine, discovering new restaurants, and her golden retriever named Rocky.
Remember the mission to reach the moon? In 1962, President JFK set forth a vision. He initiated a movement that outlived him! Even in his death, the mission was accomplished seven years after his famous speech. Now we’re on a five-year mission, and it's not about us. This is a mission for you – the individual, the stakeholder, the employer healthcare and benefits professional. Join the mission to reduce costs, reimagine culture, and reinvent care.
