Anxiety at Work
Anthony Gostick is a contributing author and a major voice in our new Anxiety at Work projects, including writing articles in Forbes and for publications such as NBC Better and CNBC, and in writing our new book, “Anxiety at Work.” He graduated with honors with a degree in biotechnology and worked in an NIH-funded genetics lab throughout his college career. Anthony is also helping us build the We Thrive Together community and create training content to help leaders around the world build resilience in their teams.
Even before the pandemic of 2020, anxiety was crippling the performance of workers—especially young employees. Today it is affecting productivity and leading to ghosting and burnout.
