Alexander P. Voitovich is the Executive Director of Global Benefits at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., a premier global professional services firm that provides advice and solutions in the areas of Total Rewards, Risk Management, Employee Benefits, Human Capital and Strategic Management.

Prior to coming to Marsh & McLennan Companies, Alex was a Senior Director with Merck & Company, Inc., where he was responsible for the design strategy and development of Merck’s Global Benefits and Retirement programs. During his career, Alex has managed or consulted for numerous multinational benefit programs in employer roles with Buck Consultants, Merrill Lynch, Johnson & Higgins (Mercer), and Caltex Petroleum Corporation (international subsidiary of Chevron).

Alex holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School. He also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work and is a past member of their faculty. He earned both Bachelor and Master degrees from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland.
