As Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The GIANT Company, she is responsible for strategizing and implementing initiatives to build a culture of inclusion and belonging across organization and also support communities in equitable ways. A social justice advocate and passionate about women empowerment, she also serves on several nonprofit boards and committees to bridge the gap and help form inclusive policies and practices for sustainable change.
