Sally has been employed at Hallmark for many years, assuming her current role in 2009 in an effort to strengthen the wellness program and promote a culture of wellness for Hallmark employees. Hallmark’s wellness program, Hallmark Health, was recognized for its excellence in the corporate wellness industry with a Leadership Award by Corporate Wellness Magazine in 2012 and by the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as a Gold Level Wellness program in 2016. She has been a speaker at EHBC Conferences the past five years. Sally has a BS degree in Home Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in Management from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO.
She is passionate about serving the safety and nutritional needs of families. She serves on the boards of two Kansas City non-profits that address those issues.

- After the Harvest, a program that prevents hunger by rescuing fresh produce that would otherwise go to waste and distributes it to agencies serving hungry people in Kansas and Missouri
